At 30 days I didn't have the results that I wanted. I have continued with p90x but the weight is just not coming of the way I want. I am seeing results. I look different and I have lost 2% of my body fat. I am trying to focus on the positives and not the negatives. Hopefully in the next 30 days I will shed some weight and some more inches. I am really proud that I continued to exercise while I was on a 2 week vacation. I also have started using my fitness pal and that has helped me with my eating habits. Just chuggin' along!! :)
